Commercial Ground

Commercial Ground work is normally 5 stories and below. This is our field of expertise.

Ground work can range from smaller buildings like banks to restaurants or larger building like warehouses to commercial office buildings. We can also clean any interior windows.

Over the last year we have been able to help a lot of our customers with 5 story rope jobs to convert to commercial ground work. This allows you to avoid installing expensive roof anchors and allows us to keep our feet on something solid.

Safety is our highest priority.

Additional Information

Hard Water Treatment

BEFORE

After

BEFORE

After

Utah is a hard water state. This means when your sprinklers hit your windows it dries to leave behind calcium and magnesium deposits on the windows. Over a long period of time this can cause serious damage to the glass if not treated.

If desired, we can use special chemicals that remove most hard water deposits. In some cases a home may have hard water damage on the windows that cannot be removed and require restoration or replacement.

You can prevent hard water by adjusting your sprinklers so they do not spray your windows!

Landscaping Issues

Landscaping growing too close to your building can damage windows.

When tree branches and bushes are pressing up against windows it has a tendency to scratch the glass and leave behind a sticky sap on the windows that is difficult to remove.

This can be easy avoided by trimming you trees yearly and bushes trimmed back at least 2 feet from the windows.

This also can make it safer for our technicians to clean your window without getting hurt.
